My room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. I love using the hot tub after a hard day at work.

There were quite a few things I loved. First off the day we checked in I got a morning phone call because I screwed up the booking. I got 1 bed for 3 adults (1 single and 1 couple). Eeek. That would have been bad lol. But it thankfully was caught by the staff! We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool are was very clean. I don’t have kids but it was very cool to see a small indoor playground and a few other activities. Our room was average and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I haven’t been to a hotel with beds that comfortable in a while. All the staffs were kind and pleasant.

You can definitely tell they have done some renovations to this hotel, This is our third visit here. Our second visit was not good but our first was so we decided to give the Ramada another chance. I'm really glad we did the pool was amazing and clean as well as the hot tub, perfect temperatures for both, We had a great time! The whole pool area as we'll as the play area and arcade and breakfast areas were extremely clean!! The added jungle gym was a nice bonus too! Great addition for the kids, My daughter had a blast! Our room was very clean and comfortable as well, we brought our dog and and requested if it was possible to have a room by the pool not really expecting it because we know there are specific rooms for pets and not only was our room right across from where you enter the pool area but also right near the gym which my husband always uses when vacationing that was also very clean! Staff was very welcoming and kind especially the young man with long hair who kept the coffee in the lobby fresh and each time he saw us he was kind and asked if we needed anything or how we were doing, there was also another young man who saw our key card was taking a bit too long to open the door and immediately fixed the issue and we didn't have any more issues, My apologies for not remembering their names. We will definitely stay here again and we appreciate the updates, cleanliness and staff!

Breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs were cool. But I understand that the breakfast area was just going through a remodel and needed to find its center.

The rooms were spacious, the staff we encountered were friendly. Everything was clean and the breakfast was perfect. We did not use all of the amenities, unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy all of those things. I did use the check in and check out on my phone which was a huge plus. The Dove soaps and lotions were a huge plus.

Everyone there were very friendly & great. Housekeeping outstanding, really hooked us up. Refrigerator in our room needed defrosting. King bed very clean & comfortable. We stayed 2 night's. There redoing carpeting, love the colors,looks awesome. BAR closes at 11. Last call 10:30. Did not eat there, basic bar food. Did have free breakfast one morning, pretty good & basic. Need more fruit variety and maybe some yogurt. We'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is the normal hotel breakfast,it was good,had a decent selection to eat and drink,room was the standered room,cozy and quite and clean,never used the pool or anything of the such,there was a clerk at the front desk named Lisa martell,she was amazing to say the least,very helpful and friendly, she deserves a raise

I had knee surgery stayed here for 3 weeks was only planning on 1 week but dr said can't climb stairs we were going to stay another 2 weeks but can't afford that, I do want to say we had a wonderful time everyone was so sweet and took great care of us.

Very clean. Nice people. Very happy, other than check in/payment. Wouldn't stop me from going there again if the occasion arose.
